We're rebuilding estate planning for the digital generation.
Founded in Reno, Nevada in 2024 — the first U.S. state to codify electronic wills under NRS 133. We're building the regulated infrastructure for the largest wealth transfer in human history.
Why Nevada.
In 2017, Nevada became the first U.S. state to pass NRS 133.085 — a statute that gives electronic wills the same legal weight as paper. This wasn't a novelty; it was infrastructure.
We registered Declare Inc. in 2024, became one of the first technology companies licensed as a Nevada Qualified Custodian under NRS 133, built identity verification through iDenfy, integrated DocuSign for witnessed signing ceremonies, and shipped DeclareAll v1 to the App Store and Google Play in June 2026.
Over 67% of Americans die without a will (Caring.com 2024 Wills Survey). That's not a market gap — it's a crisis. DeclareAll makes estate planning accessible, affordable, and legally valid.
